We called 25karats first in June to ask a few questions about their bands. We were still considering our options regarding metal and width of the rings we want to go with. They were really helpful and gave us some direction. Since the wedding was scheduled for February, we took our time and did our research. Every time we were not sure about something, we called 25karats and they answered our questions patiently. After months of thinking and browsing through designs, we settled on a handmade ring set with wide center braids. We called 25karats again to see the ring and they invited us to their office in Manhattan. We already knew that we wanted this ring set but seeing it in person assured us that it was the right decision. We placed our order there and it took only 5 days to get a call! After we picked up our rings we showed them to our friends and family. Everybody loved the rings as much as we did! It took lots of time and effort, but we found our dream bands and 25karats.com was most helpful during this whole process. We highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service! From the beginning we made a mistake with our order and 25karats.com customer service corrected it when they called us to confirm our order. If they didn't check, we would get two size 4 rings. And they were incredibly helpful after that as well.
