I scoured the internet and forums searching for a custom ring designer before deciding on 25karats. I was very apprehensive about buying such an expensive piece "site unseen." I provided Nevy with pictures of what I wanted and he offered very useful feedback. Nevy and I emailed back and forth well over 100 times!! He provided me with the CAD pictures and the wax mold for a minimal cost before paying the full amount for the actual ring. The customer service Nevy provided was above and beyond any company I have ever worked with. I received my custom 2.75 carat halo wedding ring yesterday and it is STUNNING! I craftsmanship is amazing and it sparkles like no ring I have ever seen! Nevy and 25 karats will be the only jewelry store that I work with and buy from in the future. We needed a wedding band set quickly, but we also wanted to go with palladium instead of traditional metals. We received our wedding bands today. Right out of box, you can see how beautifully they were crafted! It's an absolutely gorgeous set and exactly what we were looking for.
