We are extremely happy with our wedding ring set! We visited 25Karats showroom to see the models first and decided on our braided rings. Final rings came as beautifully as the model we saw. And it took less than a week to have them in our hands. We even got free engraving to customize our rings! Warm and professional service was another important factor for us. We felt like we are talking to friends who are trying to help us with our purchase instead of some salesman who tries to push his merchandise. Especially, they were extremely patient with our questions about what metal to go with and whether to get them in all white or two tone (we decided on two tone, and they look great!). We'll send our friends to 25 Karats without any reservations.

We ordered our rings from 25karats last week. They came with a beautiful packaging and neat appraisals. Diamonds were gorgeous and as shiny as I expected. We are very happy with handcraft as well. They weren't for Christmas, but 25karats still rushed my order so I can get it as early as possible. I'm impressed by their customer service.

The people at 25karats were incredibly helpful in helping me track down a ring I had seen even though it wasnt listed on their website. We did all the arranging via email and they were always quick to email back (usually within minutes) during business hours. They were very flexible and willing to help make everything perfect.
