We ordered our bands last week. We received a confirmation email, and 25karats customer service called us right away to confirm our order and check that all details are correct. Production took exactly 4 days, as we were told. As soon as the rings were shipped out we received another email with our tracking number. Package was delivered as scheduled. Everything with this order went really smooth and hassle-free. We are satisfied with our bands and we are planning to come back to 25karats for our future gift shopping. Finding a jewelry store online that really cares about customers and give friendly service is really hard. We found everything we were looking for at 25karats. We are loyal customers for life.
