We ordered our rings from 25karats last week. They came with a beautiful packaging and neat appraisals. Diamonds were gorgeous and as shiny as I expected. We are very happy with handcraft as well. They weren't for Christmas, but 25karats still rushed my order so I can get it as early as possible. I'm impressed by their customer service.

The people at 25karats were incredibly helpful in helping me track down a ring I had seen even though it wasnt listed on their website. We did all the arranging via email and they were always quick to email back (usually within minutes) during business hours. They were very flexible and willing to help make everything perfect. Im very impressed with this company and will definately be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Our hand made his & her set came out just as we expected. It was actually even better than the photo on the site. We also loved the little red ring boxes and the whole presentation. I really wanted to go to their showroom and see the rings in person, but it didn't work out because I live all the way in Cali. But I'm really glad I went ahead with the purchase. Now I'll definitely not hesitate when I decide on a diamond ring to go with my wedding band :)
