Love It or Return It

At 25karats.com, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our offices within 60 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition including all product documentation. Loose diamonds must include the original laboratory grading report or a $150 certificate replacement fee will apply.
  • The recipient or purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees. 25karats is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
  • We offer free ring resize service for up to one size difference the first time within 60 days. For resize and exchange, customer is responsible for shipping expenses.
  • If your delivery arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 1-800-201-3404.
  • 25karats does not allow comparison purchasing. Similar items purchased for comparison purposes are not eligible for refund.
Special Return Conditions:
  • All engagement rings with center diamonds and loose diamonds can be returned within 30 days of shipment date for a full refund or exchange.
  • After 30 days (up to 60 days), these items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Engraved rings are subject to a 30% return processing fee, as they cannot be resold and must be carefully scrapped and melted down to reclaim the precious metals.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Special orders, custom made jewelry, or jewelry modified at your request
Items sent to our office without an RMA#
Improperly packaged, damaged or uninsured packages
Items returned without an attached 25karats security tag
Items that are not in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, undamaged)

Refund Process

1.  Receipt Confirmation

When we receive your returned items, we'll send a confirmation email. Our Quality Assurance Department will inspect the item to verify its condition.

2.  Refund Processing

Once your return is accepted in satisfactory condition, we'll process your refund within 5 business days using your original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 1-3 days to post to your account
  • PayPal refunds will be posted to your account on the same day
  • Bank wire refunds will be issued via company check

How To Return Or Exchange An Order

To return a diamond or jewelry item to 25karats, please follow these simple steps:

1.  Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)

Contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-201-3404 to obtain your RMA#.

2.  Package Your Return

Include all item(s) & certificate(s) with the original packing materials, including a copy of your receipt. Always use new shipping boxes, not the box we sent you.

3.  Label Your Package

Write the RMA# somewhere visible outside the box. Do not write anything related to jewelry on the box that would reveal its contents.

4.  Insure Your Package

Ship via any carrier, but ensure your package is fully insured with a delivery signature required service.

5.  Ship It

International Orders

Due to international shipping complexities and customs regulations, all international sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped outside the United States. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any fees assessed by their country's customs authority.
